– Tipping is optional but appreciated. If you feel that your experience has been exceptional, our staff will be grateful for your gratuity. Tips can be given directly to the staff or added to your bill.

8. What should I expect during my first visit?

– Upon arrival, our friendly staff will guide you through the check-in process. You’ll be asked to fill out a brief health questionnaire, and our therapists will discuss your preferences to tailor the experience to your needs. You will be given a locker, robe and slippers for your stay.

9. Are children allowed at the spa?

– To maintain a serene atmosphere for all our guests,  children under 18 who are not receiving services are not allowed in the spa. Please check with our reception for specific guidelines.
