Permanent Makeup Expert.

Kimberly is a professional makeup artist who worked on location as featured talent for both Lancôme and Clinique. Her extensive training and experience in makeup artistry has enabled her to become very adept during the most difficult part of the Permanent Makeup process: the design. Kimberly employs delicate strokes to create an incredibly realistic outcome for her clients, simply enhancing their own natural beauty.

Trained at the prestigious International Institute of Permanent Cosmetics, Kimberly is certified in Micropigmentation, registered with the Orange County Health Care Agency, and holds a permit from the County of Orange Environmental Health department.

Ongoing education plays an important part of her career, and Kimberly regularly and voluntarily attends seminars and classes in order to offer her clients with cutting-edge techniques and the best equipment and supplies available.

Chong Osbun, Permanent Makeup, Spa Gregorie's | Del Mar

Chong has over 20 years of experience in permanent makeup application. She is a licensed cosmetologist and a member of the American Institute of Permanent Color Technology. She became interested in permanent makeup application after her older sister had work done in 1989, and has been performing the service ever since. Her work, which includes eye-liner, lip liner and eyebrows, takes between one to two hours. Her eyeliner work can last for 10 yeras and up but some eyebrows may need touching up after about two years.
