Abby Lacey isn’t your typical massage therapist. Going to school originally to pursue a degree in theater, Abby didn’t receive her first massage until she was injured in a car accident at age 21. Now an avid spa-goer, Abby understands the importance of massage—both to give and receive.
As a massage therapist, Abby has a special insight into clients’ wants and needs. She loves to provide therapeutic massage to help clients heal and unwind. Abby is certified in pregnancy massage and specializes in Hot Stones Massage and Swedish Massage. A San Diego native, Abby has had the opportunity to work with many different clients, including sports teams like the Chargers. Bea has specialized in Therapeutic techniques for the past eight years. Her technique uses a compassionate approach to deep tissue work including: Deep Tissue, Tui Na, Trigger Point, Lomi Lomi and Indian Head Massage. She has maintained a strong repeat clientele throughout her eight year career as a massage thereapist. Licensed since 1994, Colleen has spent her years as a stylist working and training with some of the best including Rusk, Redken, L’Oreal, and Aveda. She even spent a few years as a barber and loves to cut and style men’s hair. Colleen joins Spa Gregorie’s team eager to bring her knowledge to new clients. Knowing that communication is key, Colleen welcomes clients to book consultations to ensure that together they can create a look that makes the client look and feel fabulous.
Originally from New York, Colleen is able to provide clients with looks that range from edgy to sophisticated. Her abilities are limitless. While she loves every part of being a stylist, Colleen’s favorite thing to do is provide clients with a complete makeover to redefine their image. Charlie Swan - Spa Gregorie's Massage Therapist
Charlie has been practicing as a massage therapist for over 20 years in top level spas around Southern California, such as the Four Seasons Hotel in Clarsbad and Two Bunch Palms Resort in Desert Hot Springs. His main intention is to assist his clients natural inherent healing and wellness from within. Through his years as a massage therapist, he has developed a vast range of modalities that address practically every constitution and bodywork challenge. This includes various types of deep tissue (neuro-muscular and structural balancing), energy (Polarity) and nervous system (cranio-sacral) balancing, and many others-Thai massage, passive joint release therapy, hot stone massage to name a few. Charlie's main focus is treating each clients unique situation and tailoring what he knows to their specific needs.

Dr. Codrin Blosiu - Spa Gregorie's Chiropractor
 Born in Romania, Dr. Codrin Blosiu is the only son of a father who is a rocket scientist and a mother who is an archeologist, big shoes to fill. He graduated high school in Los Angeles but not before earning his Eagle Scout. Dr. Blosiu then attended UCSD, earning a BA in Psychology while working on campus for four years as a Community Service Officer and off campus as a California State Lifeguard and Paramedic. After graduating, he worked for Ralph Lauren doing everything from managing the stores in Chicago and Honolulu to modeling and even fashion photography which lead to a Masters of the Arts in Photography and Film.
He
felt that there was still more for him to do. Codrin set his sights on Chiropractic and was accepted to Southern California University of Health Sciences where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic. While there, he was elected class representative and traveled to Washington DC to lobby for bills involving chiropractic affairs. Codrin continued to lobby both in Sacramento and in DC, was inducted into DTA honor fraternity, and graduated on the Dean's list.
Codrin's interests in health include the physical and psychological aspects of the human condition. He believes that a strong mind and body are conducive to reducing stress and optimizing health and well being. As a Chiropractor, it is his goal to educate and lead by example.He wishes to work with the community to optimize health and well being. Codrin's approach to wellness is one in which the diversity of the individual dictates individual attention.

Her passion for massage stems from her Nonna from Italy, she was blessed with the ability to heal people with her hands, something Dina has thought was facinating from an early age...and about two years ago she made that passion a career. Kim graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Psychology. While there, she balanced her studies with a soccer scholarship and found a passion for the way the human body works. With a thirst for more knowledge about the human body, she decided to expand her studies from the human mind to the physical body and became a nationally certified massage therapist through NCBTMB.
Kim's loves to treat clients to relaxation massages with a mix of Swedish and deep tissue techniques. She also loves to perform foot reflexology because of the amazing effects it can have on the body. Her favorite part of her job is the ability to help improve the quality of her client's lives through her therapeutic massage techniques.

Pamela Pacheco, a Spa Gregorie’s stylist, has been practicing the art of hair design for 33 years, and has specialized in color for the past 20. Pamela is certified by the American Board of Certified Haircolorists (ABCH), is an ABCH Evaluator, and an International Haircolor Exchange Alumni. Not only has Pamela been thoroughly trained in all things hair, but she has also been an educator for her peers.
Pamela loves all phases of hair design and hair color coordination, and due to her vast experience, she has a unique ability to recommend and design hairstyle options for clients. She always leaves clients with smiles on their faces and finds enjoyment in being able to help revamp client appearances.

Valerie Breslow - Spa Gregorie's Nutritionist
Valerie Breslow, CN, HHC, is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Holistic Health Counselor. Based on the principles of integrative nutrition, she educates clients on the power of healthy eating habits so they can achieve lifelong vitality and wellness. She has a particular interest in working with women dealing with digestive issues, skin problems and menstrual disorders. Valerie received her certification in holistic health counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) through Purchase College, SUNY and is also certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is also a Certified Clinical Nutritionist through the Natural Healing Institute in Encinitas, California and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland.
Valerie's own healing journey, combined with her comprehensive studies in the field of integrative nutrition and holistic health have provided unique insight into the necessary healing tools and information by which she is able to consistently guide clients in reaching their optimal health and ultimate rejuvenation.
