Online Booking Instructions
*First-time users, please call the spa, and one of our receptionists can give you your login and password.
1. Securing your login info
To ensure your privacy, you will need a unique login and password from the spa. If you do not have this yet, please call the spa, and one of our receptionists can help you. After your first login, you may change your information, login, and password if you wish by clicking on the tab labeled (my information.)
2. Booking Appointments
To book an appointment, click on the book appointments tab. Once you have done this, this screen will appear:
For all steps, left-click on the arrow, and a pull-down menu will appear.
Step 1
Choose the type of service you would like to book. You can choose between massage, facial and manicure/pedicure. The services that are bookable online are our most popular, but if you don’t see the service you are looking for, please call the spa at 949-644-6672 in order to book.
Step 2
Choose the specific treatment you would like.
Step 3
If you would like to be booked with a particular therapist, you can choose that now. If you do not, please choose first available.
If you are only booking one appointment, proceed to step 4. If you would like to book additional appointments on the same day, you can enter those in now by completing steps 1-3 again.
Step 4 and Step 5
You have the option to choose a specific day or a date range. To choose one day only, make the start and end dates the same. To include multiple dates, choose a separate start and end date (make sure that the start date is before the end date, or the system will not be able to process your appointment request).
Step 6
Here you can choose the maximum waiting time between services. In general, the spa leaves 15 minutes in between each treatment, but if you prefer, you are welcome to have more time in between.
Step 7 and Step 8
In this step, you tell us what time of the day you would like to book your appointment; to ensure accurate results, make sure that a.m. and p.m. are correct. Please note that selecting the same time for start and ending of treatments will result in no appointments being found.
Once you have entered in the information required for each of these steps, click on find available appointments. A list of appointments will appear; choose the time that best fits with your schedule. If none of the offered times match your needs, or there is nothing available, click cancel and you can try to search for available appointments again by changing the requested therapist, date or time. After changes are made, click the find available appointments button again.
Once a suitable appointment time appears, double check that the date, time and technician are correct. If they are, select that appointment and click book.
At this point, if you have special concerns or requests regarding your appointment, please note them in the box labeled Special instructions or Requests before clicking book.
A confirmation page will appear, giving you a confirmation number and the date, time and location of your appointment. A confirmation page will also be e-mailed to you as well. Please print out one of these pages for your records.
